What should I send to get started?
Photos from the bottom, top and side of the staircase, your town, and a few examples of the style you like. Include the upper landing or balcony railing if it is part of the project.
Can you work with an existing staircase?
We can review the existing stair and discuss a finish or railing update. The final scope depends on the structure, dimensions and site conditions.
Are painting and staining included?
The finish scope is defined in your proposal. We will clarify who handles painting, staining and protective finishes before the work is scheduled.
